• What we are looking for: Athletes, people passionate about sports and technology. Competitive, coachable, and always pushing to be better. We're looking for people who thrive under pressure, bring fresh thinking to hard problems, and show up for their team every day.
• The interview process: Fast and straightforward. We respect your time. Expect a recruiter screen, a skills assessment, team interviews, and a final conversation with leadership, all wrapped up within two weeks.
• Pre-Screen: A quick call with a recruiter to learn about you, walk through the role, and answer any questions you have.
• Assessments: A role-specific skills evaluation, whether that's a take-home project, technical exercise, or case study. Real work, not trick questions.
• Interviews: Get to know us as much as we get to know you. You'll have real conversations about your skills, how you work best, and whether this is the right fit for both of us. One-on-one interviews followed by panel interviews in the final round.
